"Great neighborhood "

This building is in good shape. A great place to live. Neighbors are great (not all of them). The only problem, and a big one is the strata council members. They fine owners without a real reason. If you answer to their letter/letters they will never take your answer in consideration. They dont like if you stand up for yourself. Council members don't respect the rules and the bylaws, but they force everybody in the building to respect them. If the owners do not respect them, they will be fined, threatened and harassed. If you try to talk to them to rise any problem or to find out when some repairs will be completed, they prefer to be rude with you in staid of answer you nicely. An advice for owners in this building: CHANGE THOSE PEOPLE AND ELECT PEOPLE WHO RESPECT OTHERS AND ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH THE OWNERS, NOT AGAINST THEM.
