"A great location."

Visited a penthouse unit in this building. Older building but seems like its well looked after. A nice view of Central Park. Metrotown shopping very near. Busy, tennis courts accross the street, a big plus for me. smrtovnica smrtovnice

Live across from this building and it is a very noisy building with frequent late night parties and tennants are not considerate of others.

I don't find this to be accurate. I lived at 4300 mayberry for almost two years and could hear a gathering of people maybe three times throughout my tenancy.

Not true at all. lived here since 2010 to today and only once was kept up on a Saturday night by a loud party.
