"Average everything"
I purchased a condo in Novo II from Intergulf. The experience was pretty average. It completed in the time when all developers were rushing to get the homes completed so there were so many deficiencies and they took a long time to fix them. The finishings (kitchen and flooring) were kind of cheap. But, otherwise the condo was decent.

Agree. Customer service is pathetic . Poor workmanship.
Solo building in Kits.....I’ve owned/lived in two units in the Solo.....it’s no worse than average, not perfect, showing it’s age a bit....but assuming you can find a measurably better building is questionable, at best. The real problems reside at City Hall. Under Gregor the Idiots tenure, there was no quality control at construction sites all over Vancouver. Short cuts everywhere, code being ignored, sloppy workmanship, sometimes shockingly so blame Gregor the Idiot..., he screwed this up, as well as so many other things in the city
