"noisy!"
VERY loud. They employ a landscaping company that uses very loud multiple leaf blowers almost every second day instead of quieter alternatives. It was impossible to have a quiet conversation, it was awful. And they blew the leaves etc. onto the road and didn't properly clean up. when you live in that area I assume you would like quiet in the summer this is not quiet.
