"Horrible property
management and useless
Board"
The property management is ignorant and completely useless and the board of directors are incompetent. They had an outbreak of bed bugs from an Airbnb unit and the board does nothing about Airbnb because they're also doing it. The building has become mostly rental and a large number of units are Airbnb. Maintenace fees in this building have skyrocked thanks to terrible management and the unwillingness of the board to deal with the property manager who should have been replaced long ago.
