building "

1. Not safe. It’s in a nice area but if you go north there are many homeless shelters and people who are mentally Ill. That isn’t an issue. However it can be when security has often allowed strangers walk into the building especially when it can be people who don’t live there and it’s then unsafe for us. 2. My friend had fallen off the rooftop. Instead of being concerned for his well being and health they tried to evict us. When threatened to take them to court they tried to pay their way out of it. 3. When returning to grab something from my unit they told me they had it yet they did not. They made me wait in the lobby for two hours just to tell me that they won’t be able to help me til later in the evening. 4. Security isn’t good at their job. They treat you with disrespect and when you need help they don’t do anything to help. They just say “nothing I can do to help” 5. Very unprofessional staff. Cleaning guy was rude to my family when we rented the party room and didn’t allow us in on scheduled time because he had to clean. Rent from here but be prepared for a bunch of assholes. Waste of money
