"Starting to show its
age...odd strata"

I owned and lived here for several years. The building is 25 years old and is starting to show it. Has had flooding on the bottom units with mould problems that has been repaired/patched on a unit-by-unit basis. Leaky condo problems repaired a few years ago. Top floors are better. Other owners are older, women, some renters, a nosy strata president who is a bit of a curmudgeon. All in all an average building worth looking.
