Poor maintenance and rowdy tenants. - police have been called here for disputes and fights several times in the short time I've lived here - twice smashed alcohol bottles have been left in the lobby in the last month (see pic below) - drunken fights in the lobby on any given friday/ saturday night - puke on my balcony - cigarette butts and garbage thrown off the balconies will land on yours - garbage left in the elevators - Carpets un-vaccuumed, damage to lobby, concierge does not greet or sign for packages... NOT WORTH the $1600+ rents these are currently going for. If you want to live at 'Party Central' where nothing is up-kept this is the place. The capitol is about as classy as a Whalley Highrise.
