"Roaches"

I rented a unit at this address back in Oct/2011. 25 and 35 buildings are infested with Roaches. I've been told by someone that works at 25 Trailwood that the 6th floor was an infestation of roaches just to mention one. I was living in the 35 building and on the 3rd day there, finally unpacked everything.....I saw my first few roaches......the very next day....I was re packing again and getting the hell out, it's disgusting and no one should ever live like that. Lucky for me I found sub tenants, but it was hard because you can't break your lease over roaches, the city can't do anything for you, what a awful world we live in.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on April 9 2014: i almost purchase a condo there yesterday until i opened the dishwasher and was welcomes by the cockroaches living in there, it was nasty. I asked around the building and found out they are coming through the sewer and its been a problem for years. unregistered user on December 3 2015: Thank you very much I almost made the same mistake of almost purchasing a unit in this building. They are very good at covering this problem up by newly renovating the surface! Don't be fooled! unregistered user on January 6 2019: saw cockroaches in caninets, it was upgraded kitchen, almost made offer unregistered user on January 15 2019: Can anyone update current status of this building?
