"Very poorly maintained
building"

Renting on the 8th floor of this building, the location is great but i must say the maintenance is very poor, i find most of the tenants are renters so there is not as much care put into the premises, ive heard owners recently talk about upcoming assesment too. Elevators break down quite a bit also.

Run by Winford now. Full time caretaker and full time cleaner. Security on weekends. All elevators require maintenance work. Don't understand the poster's issueГ·

"Elevator issues"

I've had friend rent (building has A LOT of renters) in this building for 10 years & the elevator is a constant problem. There are only 2 for the entire building. The rumour is the developer was giving permission to add more floors during construction, therefore the elevator:unit ratio is way off. One is almost always broken, leaving 1 elevator for the entire building. Lofts are great, but a 10th floor unit, with these double height ceilings, has you climbing 20 flights of stairs when the elevator is out. For the fit folks only!!

"True Loft"

Nice Loft condo. Very high ceilings probably about 16 feet high. Open, bright. Excellent condo.
