Aquarius at 198 Aquarius Mews was built by Concord Pacific. The complex offers 24 hr concierge, indoor pool, gym, sauna, theatre, and lush tropical courtyard gardens with common patio and BBQ area. Steps to park, seawall, Roundhouse Community Centre, Urban Fare, Yaletown restaurants and shops and new Canada Line station. The complex features 480 units with 184 condo units at 198 Aquarius, 84 condo units at 189 Davie and 198 condo units and 14 townhouse units at 1111 and 1199 Marinaside.

"Some Problems"
This building and other Aquarius Buildings have to replace all of the toilets. The toilet is discontinued and parts unavailable. The vacuum assist has or will fail in all of them.Very few replacement toilets will work due to a limited installation space under the built in counter. Most will have to redo the complete vanity, or narrow themselves to two possible toilet replacements.

I strongly disagree that this building should be recommended to Retirees in particular. We own in this building and encounter people of all ages here. It is a very vibrant neighborhood, steps from the seawall. We have had our condo here for 10 years and are aware of the toilet problems in some units but haven't had any ourselves yet although we plan to switch them soon. The building is very well maintained and deserves more than 3 stars. Location can't be beat.
I gave a review of my building, and I didn't want to recommend it to anyone. But the form forces you to select something, so I selected retirees. Did you think about that before you criticized?
