"Good location!"

Really good location in the Downtown core. The amenities are pretty darn good. It is perfect for me since I work right across the streets at the Law Courts. Very convenient!

i would have to agree, this is not a very good investment, especially if your intentions are to buy. very uninviting theme with the excessive signage on the front window and a very dated lobby. the building really cannot be compaired to anything in the area, not to mention it is a leaky condo. too many restrictions to list, which does'nt help my resale value. the location is the only thing 1188 howe has going for it.

I have to agree with the previous review. It is in a decent location but the building isn't as nice as others in the area. Could be better maintained. I guess I would consider buying as an investor or to live if it is cheap enough.

"Definitely a Rental "

This building is in a great location however, it could use some upgrades and better maintenance. Unless you like being in the middle of all the action, this building probably isn't for you. A lot of the residents are renters and typically aren't as caring as owners would be and therefore it isn't in tip top shape. If you are looking to purchase a rental property, the great location will be advantageous.
