"Unique building - cheaper
than gastown!"

A pretty unique building - several hundred thousand less than comparable in gastown/yaletown. Close to the railway. Comprehensive maintenance plan. Construction is concrete+metal so seems pretty indestructible.

"Wet Wet Wet"

This building leaks from the windows into the walls. Beware.
