"A Home to be Proud Of"

The Espana is a place one can be proud to live in. It's elegant, very clean, employs excellent staff, and is very well maintained. The inner courtyard is gorgeous, with running water and fountains. The landscaping is restful and beautiful. I wouldn't recommend for students as the Espana has very strict rules against loud noises/partying, but does provide a party room for owners at a very minimal charge. The theatre room has an 80" TV which can be used free of charge. If you are looking for high-end accommodation in a beautifully maintained property, you can't do better than the Espana.

"A Gem in the Downtown
Area"

The Espana is considered the best condo in the "International Village" (or "Crosstown) area of Vancouver. Located on Abbott Street between Keefer and Expo Blvd. it is adjacent to the Skytrain Station, across from Rogers Arena. It has 24/7 Security, Concierge, is beautifully maintained and run by a knowledgeable and skillful Council. It's beautifully appointed with one of the largest pools, professional gym, party room, theatre room, games room, and meeting rooms. Two towers, a low rise and 2 sets of townhomes surround a large courtyard containing lovely water features. A true oasis in the heart of a busy city.
