Building has excellent recreation facilities with 70' indoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tv lounge room, squash courts and 24 hrs concierge. Some units feature views of False Creek and Yaletown. The complex consists of total 535 units with 209 condo units at 1008 Cambie, 52 condo units at 1018 Cambie, 244 condo units at 1009 Expo, 17 townhouse units at 1022-1088 Cambie and 1011-1075 Expo and 3 commercial units.

I lived in this building for 5 years and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The building is very well kept up and in a wonderful location, only a few blocks from Yaletown. The amenities can't be beat, especially the large patio, pool and free BBQ in the summer :). The people in the building are a real mix of young professionals, young families and retirees but everyone seems to get along really well. If I didn't need to move out for more space I probably never would have left!

"Amazing building!"

Amazing building! The rent is a bit high but it's totally worth it. The units are larger than average with great layouts, the amenities (pool, gym, steam room, squash court, party room) are among the best I've seen, and the building and grounds are kept updated and in immaculate condition. The people are very friendly and seem to be mostly owners so they really care about the building. It's only a few blocks from the heart of Yaletown, but just enough out of the way that it's quiet even over the weekends. Even the concierge is great. Best place I've lived in Vancouver by far.

"Great Building"

Loved it. Friend's place had a bit of a view of false creek. Yaletown right close by. The home was nice. A little dated but I think the building is about 10 years old. Nice amenities too.
