"Great place but very
noisy and gets baked in
summer"

The building has great amenities (Lounge, Party Room, Theatre, Gym, Yoga Room, Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Stream Room), all included in your maintenance fee. Apartments are small but have a good layout. It’s close to everything. The only problem is the area in very noisy because of the bridges right next to it. Through temporary but there a lot of construction planned around the building (BC, Casino, new condos), which make noise level unbearable (if you looking to rent, this is a good bargain point). I live in one of the south east facing condo on 20th floor (actually its 15th, as there is no 1, 2, 4, 13 and 14), and it just gets baked in winter, and if I opened the windows, can’t sleep because of the noise. May be North facing condos might be cooler and less noisy. I will recommend it if you get a good deal.

"Pretty decent"

building and home are decent. Spectacular I wouldn't say but better than okay. The area is close to GM place and costco, tinsletown. complex has pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. No problem recommending this to my friends.
