Wow the location is great! A hop to Stadium skytrain station. The amenities are comparable to those of a five star hotel. Honestly, if I had a large enough down payment I would buy my very own place here!

"Pretty darn good!"

It is actually a really nice place. The amenities in this building are superb, better than most 5 star hotels! The people who live here are quite nice! Very modern, very nice! I wouldn`t be able to find anything along the lines of Spectrum!

"Keep looking"

Garbage, the finishings are incredibly cheap, including undersize fridges, cheap laminate flooring, no space for microwaves, i.e. put a microwave in and lose your counterspace. "Den's" are actually closets, don't be fooled. Large number of rental units leads to a lack of respect for the property, will be trashed in 10yrs, and a large number of units for available ammenities. Finally, columns within living rooms is poor design, lose lots of space. People, do your homework, there is a reason this building is cheap in comparison to other condo's in the downtown core. Concord Pacific really slid on this one!

Concord Pacific Group quality of construction is very poor.Sometimes we cannot believe this low quality available. Customer service attitude we found to be bellow expectation. We found them cheating just to save the dollar. They do not care about the customer.Read and be wise.

These are the reasons this condo is so cheap compared to other Vancouver units! Don't forget that the tenants often let their dogs urinate in common areas, or that people who use the hot tub often trash it (leave food wrappers and pop bottles around the tub or floating in the tub).

"Walk to GM Place"

I was shown this building as well. Honestly, I don't like the red on the exterior of the building. I think it makes the building look cheap. I love the location because you can walk to a Vancouver Canucks game or BC Lions game. The condo itself was very nice. Had some pillars in the living room area...Good? Bad? I personally would rather have the space, but it looks more elegant I guess. Young people building is the feeling I guess.
