"Be aware"

no rentals. Majority of owners do not wish to pay for repairs that need to be made such as common carpeting etc. Lacks pride of ownership. This is the main reason I sold.

I have been reading through different posts. I currently live in a building that was built in 2005. Our building has so many problems nobody wants to live there. It be interesting to know what common links there are between different buildings. (i.e. management) I feel like people on Holmes Inspection. Nobody is stepping up to the plate to fix what is wrong. Management isn't helping; they are throwing it in the Owner's court.
