"Fantastic boutique-style
building!"
Location, location, location!!!! Nestled on the west bank of the David Balfour Park ravine, this well managed building is highly sought after. Steps from shopping, restaurants, 24 hour Sobey's, nature trails and the TTC. Elegant lobby, park-like courtyard, well-equippedd excercise room, loads of visitor's parking and 24 hour concierge.
