This building is not quite as advertised on the various listings we have viewed. We lived there for a year and were unhappy from the beginning. 24 hour concierge is a flat out lie. There were many times we passed through the lobby only to find no security guard in sight. Did not feel comfortable with that. 24 hours means 24 hours. The property manager acts like it is her own building and not easy to get along with. She made our stay there unpleasant to say the least. The gym's a joke and the building decor is dated and tacky. One last tidbit, you will not have complete control over the heating and cooling of the unit. Enter at your own risk!
