"disappointing"

When I was shopping for a downtown condo, my agent showed me a suite in this building. It was horrible - small, surface niceness, but no quality. I hated it immediately. All I can say is that it's in a pretty good location - close to the subway, Bloor & Yonge, etc.

"Disappointing"

I owned and lived in the building for just under 2 years, could not wait to get out of there. While the location is ideal, the building itself, and its' residents, were less so. Poor soundproofing between units, ineffective property management, and tenants that threw their garbage off their balconies. DO NOT make this condo your primary residence!
