"POORLY MANAGED"

I have owned in this building for two years. While the building is nice and well-kept, it is poorly managed with little to no regard for what the owners want. As we speak, there are no amenities in this building. There have been talks about a gym going in to the superintendent unit for over 3 years and it is magically still in limbo with yet another "roadblock". This is the same story that we hear all the time. Despite this being a building that is inhabited mostly by working professionals, a group of people within our own condo board feel that big parcels that are delivered to us during the day should no longer be held at the desk because of security and aesthetic reasons. Not quite sure what the point is of paying a 24hr concierge service when we can't even expect to get parcels delivered to our own building unless we are home. Last thing worth mentioning is that we have 3 elevators. 1 of those has been broken for almost 6 months. It is still out of service. My question remains: where are our "common element fees really going, aside from building upkeep.
