"Hostage by Concierge"
Definitely a great place by location & allured me in to renting on the first place. But the concierge as much as one would imagine being a facility, it has nothing but a hassle for me. They are doing border patrol rather than building security, very unaccommodating and disrespectful at times. They treat the tenants as if we should suck up to them.

I have lived in this building for over 15 years and I can't imagine security being a hassle unless you are trying to do something that is not permitted for security reasons, then they will give you a hard time and with reason.
This guy left. There was one security who was very disrespectful but he's gone now.
