"Lots of space and
amenities"

On the outside it looks like an office building. But when you enter the marble-paneled lobby, you can see that this building is special, from the 24-hour concierge to the massive bronze by famous artist Andrew Posa. Unlike most modern mid-priced condos that are built these days, The 360 boasts spacious units that are up to 2200 sq feet, some with terraces overlooking a ravine. There is also a good sized swimming pool, squash courts, new luxe party room, library, gym, rooftop patio and billiard room. Lots of space, lots of amenities, and good security, all at a reasonable price in downtown Toronto. A pet-friendly building!
