BOARD MEMBERS WHO DON T GIVE A DAMN.. MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO DONT GIVE A DAMN .. PEOPLE WHO ARE EMPLOYED THERE DONT GIVE A DAMN THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY INCOMPETENT STAFF AND BOARD MEMBERS WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE ELSE AND DONT WANT TO WORK WITH THE RESIDENTS TO HELP PAY FOR THE ASSESSMENT

Yes there is a huge assessment on every unit in this building ranging from $45 to $63 thousands and yes the prior condo boards and the property management companies did not do their duties to ensure normal upgrades and repairs to an aging building were done on an ongoing schedule,but when this is finally over in the next few years we still will have a perfect location,larger units than newer building, a better building than before and estheticaly improved and all this with an unobstructed view of Parliament, Lac Leamy fireworks, river airport etc.. and all this within walking distance of NRC CSIS CSEC CHMC and the Montfort hospital and Cité Collegial. I believe this is an investment not a burden.

I would recommend this building for someone who wants to live in a major construction site for the next five to six years and doesn't mind falling property values. unregistered user on February 17 2014: The actual amount is a special assessment of $15.3 million dollars. unregistered user on November 5 2014: DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF INCOME YOU HAVE BUT OTHERS DONT.. IT IS PEOPLE WHO DIDNT VOTE TEN YEARS AGO FOR THE INCREASE IN CONDO FEES AND NOW WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF unregistered user on October 23 2016: I agree. I lived here 2 years and got hit with a $41,000 bill for repairs that were known about 10 years ago, but not reflected in the Status Certificate that I paid $100 for. We are being ripped off by the board of directors and property management DES management. They are spending our money like it was theirs.

How transform this building from appartement for sale to renting for retired persons, because I can afford the next years repair such as 50 000.00w. I need advices its to much money for old peoples.
