"Great Place to live.."
Super convenient location. If you can get a place that overlooks the water, then bully for you. It's great in the summer. Nice pool and underground parking. Ideal place.

Why did you bother writing this? You give us no information. This is not a super location. What place overlooks the water? Please try and provide some facts. How is the noise level? Pets? Do people pick up after their pets? How many renters? How about the ratio? How is your board? Is management responsive to your needs? Are the fees too expensive? How far from downtown? Is it an easy commute? Constant renovations? Get it?
