"Terrible management"

As the previous reviewer stated, the management of this building is terrible. The company, Deerpark, does little to nothing and mysteriously continues to give work to equally terrible repair companies. One board after another seems powerless, although there could very well be something else going on behind the scenes. So, if you have money to burn and endless patience, by all means buy in!

"Nice Building but ..."

This is a well designed and well located building with just 30 condos, amenities, public transportation and parks close by. The big drawback is the property management, who have been there for years and make all the decisions for the Condo Boards. They are confrontational and don't provide much service. They give the repair, maintenance and renovation contracts mostly to the same companies, like Shields Mechanical, year after year without tendering them; end up paying high prices. Buying here is very risky.

That's the big turnoff with Fulton House. These condos are way too high, and that's why I won't buy one.
