"555 Brittany Drive review"

Rented a penthouse unit. Unit was first seen with an agent who had never been in the building. She did however take the questions we had and said she would get the answer by the agent taking care of this unit. We never met the actual landlords of the condominium until after we had moved in. Our questions were answered by the actual agent named Guy. They were ALL LIES. We stayed a little longer than a year and HAD to move for our sanity. The most important issue is the NOISE! There are noises from the ceilings, from the ventilation system in the hallway and from both NEIGHBOURS. One neighbour plays opera music about 10 hours a day, it is so loud you can actually hear it very well, as if you playing it in your condominium. In the bedroom, the neighbours are not seniors. They play music all day long, the bass on their system is so high it hurts your ears. They are often having disagreements and yell and scream. When they are intimate you hear everything! We tried to talk to them but it made it worse. We tried to talk to our landlord but no results from there either. And for those of you who would like a pet, we were told by Guy this was on the agenda for the next board meeting, that was over a year ago, and still no dogs are allowed but cats are allowed. Beware of the agent Guy L., sweet talker but what a LIAR! For those of you reading this, please pass the word around to save your sanity and money!

we rented a unit in this building was satisfied with the overall care of the building we would like to know if there are apartments for rent no higher than the 3rd floor
