"DO NOT BUY IN THIS
BUILDING."
I recently sold (just). The entire building is hydro. Water, heat, lights etc. The condo fees are crazy, I was paying just shy of 800.00$. With the price of hydro rising the condo fees will become astronomical. The building superintendent is excellent. Only after the owners had a meeting to force the Board to finally do something. No brainer....stay away. The price of units since I sold in August 2014 have gone down 60,000$.
