"Parking"

This building has serious parking problems. The visitors parking has only two stalls and is very tight to get in and out. The stalls can be used only with windshield vouchers issued by the superintendents. Frequently however people park without permission and you may find that, even if you have a voucher, if you come in late somebody else has usurped the parking stall. Often the usurpers have big trucks or vans and that makes things even more difficult.

The trucks and vans belong to the overnight "sleepies"of the many cougars who inhabit this building

this is a very expensive building, it has three paid staff when most other buildings like this have only one or two. I recommend against buying in this building.
