"Safe, Quiet, Beautiful,
and Unique"

This building is exceptional in location, design, and access to all amenities. We felt that we were living in a beautiful conservatory. The views outside were terrific and the interior shared space is really unique as it has been integrated with the outdoors. Our unit was on the second floor from where we had a wonderful view of the water and the lights of the city but, because it is built on a hill, we didn't have to take an elevator - we just went in the front door to our suite. It is extremely well cared for and we wish that we had been able to stay forever but were transferred.

"echoing staircase"

It is a lovely location, however the steel stairs give a terrible loud echo especially if you have a condo right next door to them. I wrote to strata (no reply) and also the builder of this place and the builder said he never heard of anyone complain about the stairs before however after talking to people around me they certainly have the same concerns I do. Even the townhouses accross the little street can hear the echoing stairs. I hope he isn't using the steel stairs in Bonds Landing.

The steel and concrete make this a safe and durable building. We enjoyed renting it for 4 years and loved it. I didn't hear about this staircase sound before. I wonder if someone is just disgruntled for some reason.
