"Nice Building but"

considered buying here but was aware of the council increasing fees every year as well as a payment due every year for work to be done in the future. Too expensive with a mortgage and council increasing fees. Great location.

"COOK STREET VILLAGE"

Well maintained & managed building. Small pets allowed 1 dog( not to exceed 25 lbs) or 1 cat. Secure parking for owners, 6 visitors parking stalls.
