"Aging Building, but Quiet"

Special levies of 25-30% have been pretty much continuous to upkeep this older building. Lots of owners volunteer to do minor maintenance, but worrisome when there is asbestos, as is common in this era of buildings. Have had mice off and on, but this may be related to the tent city that was nearby until recently. Smallest elevator in the city, so keep in mind if you have larger pieces of furniture. Kids and 1 small pet are allowed, but not everyone is kid tolerant. Pretty good neighborhood.
