"Hampton park"

The condo is located centrally and is extremely convenient for students, young professionals and retirees. The common property is nicely maintained and the residents take pride in their ownership.

"Hampton Park Estates"

This building is in very good condition, many updates, and a new steel roof just completed this July 2011. building was remediated in 2005. Bus is 30 meters away, shopping mall is 5 minutes walking, theatre and a sports recreation centre. located in West Saanich a good buy for starters or downsizers.

whoever does the waste management in this apt. (i heard it was bfi)leaves garbage at the end of the parkade and the birds are constantly scattering it everywhere. its really unsitely, especially because its right beside an elementary school. who is accountable for this garbage everywhere on a weekly basis. its gross and the wastemanagement company (bfi) should be told. they are denying that they do that block, but i was told they do. go away yucky
