This building is well-maintained with no outstanding issues. The strata fees are aligned with the depreciation report maintenance plan. The metal roof has a 25 year warranty. There is a common laundry room with 3 sets of commercial size washers and dryers. No pets, resident children or rentals are allowed. The location in the Cook Street Village is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, Beacon Hill Park, and downtown. There is a bus stop at the end of the driveway. The ocean walkway at Dallas Road is 6 blocks away. Parking is available but some owners find a car unnecessary. There is a common meeting room which residents can book for social events. The rear entrance is handicap accessible. The front entrance has an answer phone. The property extends the full width from Chester to Cook street with professionally gardened green space on 4 sides. There are 2 parking lots of covered parking and additional spaces for visitors. There is a separate secure bike lockup at the back of the building.
