"happy owner but can't
wait for renovations to
be over."

Love the building and area. Quiet, 20 minute walk to downtown along the water, great ocean views, up-and-coming area. The cost to remediate was a shocker, but I'm so thankful all owners stepped up and put up the funds for a project that's not cutting any corners. I think we're incredibly lucky. Farmer Construction is going to do a killer job and we'll end up with two towers to be proud of.

"Leaky condo under repair"

Building undergoing repairs to windows and envelope from May 2012 to October 2012. Same with its twin building. Anyone renting or owning here should expect limited views due to scaffolding and mesh, extreme vibration noise throughout every day, loss of visitor parking, workers coming in and out of your suite for a couple weeks through the windows, loss of use of space during those times, general construction noise. Other than that, this has been a fairly well maintained condo (despite strata's shortsightedness - owners have to choke up ~$40k/unit at the last minute).

This building was never classified as a 'leaky condo'. All windows were replaced, but your "title" is wrong.
