"Great location, quiet
neighbourhood"

This building has arguably the best location in songhees area, which is on the north shore of inner harbour. Residents enjoy a quiet neighbourhood because there is no through traffic. There used to be noise from the train passing nearby but not any more. Units have a good layout allowing cross-breeze. The only drawback as an upscale property is lacking amenities such as a gym.
