"Great location and
atmosphere"

Awesome location---across the street from a major park with softball and soccer fields, playgrounds and walking trails. Just down the street from a high school and within one block of grocery, coffee shop, produce store. Great commuter access---10 minute walk from the West Coast Express or Port Coquitlam Station, and direct access to Lougheed Hwy without needing to go through downtown Port Coquitlam. Building is fairly new with great security (swipe passes to get into building and again into the parkade) and lots of surveillence cameras. Video at front entrance lets you see who you are letting into the building.

"Great Value"

I have a freind that moved into this building when it was new, I was very impressed with the finishings, the layout, and the location of the building. The units have the feel of high end building, granite countertops, stainless steel, tile, solid wood cabinets and more. Located next to Gates park, there is always a baseball or soccer game to watch or just room to relax. The best part of this complex is the value, units are priced very well, in fact they seem to be some of the best priced in the area.smrtovnica smrtovnice
