The Sky at 151 W 2nd Street is a 155 strata unit complex. 22 storey concrete highrise in the convenient Lower Lonsdale area. Fantastic views of the Lion's Gate Bridge, North Shore Mountain, Downtown Vancouver and the harbour.

"Non-smokers beware"

I enjoyed renting in this building-initially- although I was surprised to hear the residents above me talking, playing music and just moving around. A few months later new tenants moved in above and they happen to be chain smokers. The odor of cigarettes is overpowering. There is a serious ventilation issue in this building. If you care about your lung health - stay away. I know I will be.

"Walk Away"

If you're planning to rent, then go ahead. Do NOT buy in this building. Strata fees are higher than any other condo in this area and there are NO facilities (to justify such high fees). No theater, no pool, no hot tub, no sauna, no pool table, no guest suite, no car wash facilities and NO GYM! NOTHING. Building also recently started having silverfish issues that strata is NOT addressing. Property manager will respond to your emails within a 3 month time frame.
