"Things are better"

The building switched from Bradshaw to another company, but the old fat ladies are still running things. Otherwise very quiet and nice building, nothing EVER happens in the neighborhood, even though it is in the New West. Great place to rent/own. Plus all the renos have been completed, updating the building's look from the outside.

"230 Mowat STreet"

If you can get a top floor apartment facing south, this building is awesome and extremely quiet given the depth of the walls. You rarely see your neighbours except the busy body old people. The building is turning into a younger building as the old ones are not putting up with young ones questioning them and moving out. There are lots of families with babies in this building. However, you would do best to try and get the old fat ladies that run the strata council off it and get a new management company in as Bradshaw Management mismanages the money and misleads the owners. If you don't want to get involved, make sure you scrutinize the financials prior to the AGM and ask the hard questions about where your money is going otherwise Bradshaw Management will blind side you. The project managers are not accountants. I would also check with www.stratawatch.ca as they are received over 70 complaints about how the company manages their buildings. I love the building, its super quiet and pets and rentals are allowed, I just don't like the management company and the old fat ladies on the council. Ignore them and double check Bradshaw and you'll love living there. This makes a great rental unit as it is so close to Douglas College.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on March 11 2016: Really - can you not make a comment without demonizing how someone looks - this is not helpful - frankly I'd rather live around the elders than the self-absorbed parents and their obnoxious children - see - doesn't sound great coming at you - does it - how about sticking to the facts - the old guard runs the building in a way you don't like and the management company is not great - just the facts - Write a comment about this review Enter image text:
