"gas bill"

I owned a unit in this building, all end units have gas fireplaces, but all condo owners in the building pay for the gas, only the end units have the fireplaces so, if your not in a end unit you do not have a fireplace , how ever you do pay for the gas your neighbours use, the plumbing is very old, and leaks are comon,

I have owned and lived in this building for the past 20 years and leaks are NOT common. The gas bill also includes the buildings 2 hotwater tanks, therefore the cost is covered by strata fees.
