Playa del Sol's Features Playa del Sol is located close to many of Kelowna's amenities, including beaches, restaurants at the Eldorado Hotel and Manteo Beach Resort, across the street, boat moorage, tennis courts and other facets of Kelowna's lifestyle. The Outer Coutyard of the complex features a swimming pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a landscaped deck with sitting areas, a barbecue area and numerous picnic tables. The Inner Courtyard features a landscaped deck with a barbecue and a hot tub. Playa del Sol has a recreation and lounge area for owners to unwind and enjoy after a long day at the pool, beach or golf course.  It will be equipped with pool tables, games, bar area and large screen TV.  Owners may also book this recreation area through the Strata Council (owner's association board) for special occasions or unique events. Designed with leisure and comfort in mind, Playa del Sol offers four elevators, enclosed heated parking, air conditioned suites and ample storage areas.  Many of the suites are fully furnished, ideal for short term rentals.

Building has numerous 1 and 2 bedroom units rented in the summer to vacationers. Level 3 (Pool/hot tub level) is noisy and energetic during the summer. The building is geared more towards short term rentals than long term. Great amenities such as swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ centre, private landscaped garden terrace, suntanning deck, sauna, exercise room and games room. Close to Lake Okanagan and all the marine activities by Hotel Eldorado.
