"decent apartment and
building"

I have rented at 3160 Creekside Court for one year, living on the top floor. It is surprisingly quiet; vestibule and hallways are kept clean and I have found the management company responsive when I have had an issue (e.g. front door to building not locking properly - dealt with within a couple of days). The inside of the building could do with a fresh coat of paint. No vermin or cockroaches except a few in the fall with the colder weather - easily dealt with, using insect spray. Overall a reasonable place to live.

Livening in this unit has been the worst experience of my life. Not only is the building management unprofessional, but the building is over run with cockroaches. The building management does not give a 24 hour notice to enter a unit and has tired to open our door several times with keys that don't work. They also don't seem to care that the building is infested with cockroaches. Building security will try to fine you if they feel your tv is too loud when walking down the hallways. Overall, 3180 De Montreuil Court is a disaster. Stay away!!!!!!
