"RUN AWAY THIS PLACE IS A
SCAM"
NOOOOOOOO LIES SCAMMERS DONT RENT HERE AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T BUY HERE!!! 1) HIDDEN COSTS.. MANY HIDDEN COSTS I OWN A 1 BED PLUS DEN AND PAY $200/MONTH FOR UTILITIES. IM NEVER HOME! PROVIDENT IS THE ENERGY PROVIDER, GOOGLE THEM!!! I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT HERE IF I KNEW ALL WHAT WAS GOING ON. GET EVERTHING IN WRITING, EVERY INQUIRY, EVERYTHING. THESE PEOPLE HAVE RENEGED ON EVERYTHING I WAS QUOTED. NOBODY IN THIS BUILDING IS SATISFIED, WE ARE ALL OUTRAGED! THE PROPERTY MANAGER ANDREA IS A REAL TREAT, GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH HER.
