DON'T BUY IN THIS BUILDING! A friend purchased a unit here (overpaid) and has had nothing but issue, very bad quality, she can see holes and screws behind her glass backsplash, poor craftsmanship. The developer ignores her requests for repairs and management is terrible. it claims to be a luxury building but it's a slum filled with renters. Very noisy, high traffic and undesirables roaming the building.
