This building and yard are very well maintained, with on-site caretaker. Immediate response to any problems. Great building to live in - the older residents are eagle-eyed as far as security; the younger residents are off to work all day. It is a great location close to at least half a dozen parks and an indoor pool. A block to a beautiful view of the ocean, Burrard inlet and North and West Van.
