This 41 unit multiple award-winning complex is a 5 minute walk from downtown Kelowna. Units range in size from about 700 sq ft up to about 1400 sq ft and many units are two-storey. Upscale finishings throughout, with open layouts. Upper units have 18' ceilings with lofts. Fob security for entry and storage areas, as well as secure underground parking and bike storage, in addition to a small gym on the main floor. There are no age restrictions, 1 pet allowed with no size limitations and rentals are allowed with a 3 month minimum. The building is well-maintained, with a proactive strata council.
