"A good place to call home"
I both owned and rented in this building. Except for peak season it is clean, quiet and well managed. During peak season some owners, but mainly short term renters bring noisy children, dogs and mess. Ten months of the year the residents are mainly respectful and quiet. Nice pool, shared deck, social area, sauna, gym, kitchen. Most units have good views, some with lake glimpses which are better after the trees shed their leaves. Easy access to large lakeside park with walking/running track, soccer pitch, lakeside walk with beaver activity. Very close to new rail trail and public tennis courts. No boat moorage or ramp for some distance. Sandy beach in park. Walking distance to small shop, restaurant, gas station and pub. Regular bus service to UBC and Kelowna. close to airport and four large lakes.
