I OWNED A UNIT AT WILDWOOD FOR FIVE YRS, IT WAS A HORROR. SO BADLY MISS-MANNAGED, NO REPAIRS EVER GOT DONE AND SPECIAL LEVIES ALWAYS, STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY..
