"Not a bad place to live"
I owned a unit in this building for awhile and it's not abad place to live. With the exception of a few units (probably illegal rentals), the people living there were nice enough. This complex has had more than it's fair share of drama due to poor advise from previous property management companies and a few specific strata council members. Some people go on power trips and two on again / off again strata council members like to hijack annual general meetings by gathering proxy votes from apathetic owners. They then vote themselves onto strata with their proxies and wreak havoc. The property management company currently working with the strata seems to be cleaning up the mess left primarily from the aforementioned weasels and if enough owners take the time to inform themselves of what's currently going on with their complex, things will continue to change. The current strata council and management company seem to be playing hardball with unpaid strata fees and registering liens against those who seem to think they don't have to pay fees (it's about time!!). Overall, it looks like good things are happening to this complex and had I not had to relocate for work, I wouldn't have sold my unit.

"Stay away !!!"
A terrible place to live, just go to a strata meeting to find out how bad this place really is...Strata minutes hide the truth.... insurance deductable is now at an astronomical level because of poor care through out the history of the building. Maintanence fees are out of control for absolutely no service or ammenities. Buyer Beware!!!!

The real truth is out there! Minutes Meeting are open to the public at their website. Insurance premiums went overboard due to careless approval of the recent Strata Management. Many of the problems were caused by the homeowners themselves!!!and are now getting the charge-back for claims.

what does apt 302 have over claridge court

I am a first time buyer to this building and there is alot of problems still with this building, it has changed not for the better anymore since the last report in 2012. I was given a parking stall with my condo but since I do not have a car my parking stall 220 is being used by another tenent I have left mesages to the council and property managerment many a times and they have not gotten back to me at all
the property manager sharron brown at6046343036 sent me an e-mail telling me that the truck KJ5920 would be towed but I went down to see if my parking stall was empty and the truck an F150 ford truck was there in my stall
